RETURN POLICY


NO CASH RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED

Cash returns are only accepted in case that the product arrives at its destination with manufacturing or incidents caused in its transport. In this case, all the deriver expenses will run in charge of Ermes Dance


CHANGE  RESPONSIBILITY
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a change.

To be able to access a refund, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It should also have the original packaging and tags.

You will be responsible of paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you receive the product and you notice that it is damaged or broken, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team at info@ermesdance.com indicating in the subject: "DAMAGED PRODUCT"


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Gift cards
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers: we do not accept returns for products that are in contact with intimate parts of the body
- Offers and sale items
Only regular price items can be changed. Unfortunately, the products in sale or offer items can not be changed.

IMPORTANT
To return your product, you should contact us first and we will provide you the address to ship the item back as we have different warehouses and depending on the item we can inform you the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 40€ / $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
